My 328i gets right around that on the highway. Over 23,000 miles I’ve averaged 26.4 mpg.

Funny my (much much heavier) 7 series gets 29-30. And that’s over the 110 miles I do daily. I have actually squeezed out 34 mpg- over 50 miles. Cant even find a pic.
Ofcourse, I can drive with an extremely light foot with relatively constant speed for a long time. My Grand Marquis returned 25.2MPG (verified at pump). lol.

I don’t know how you manage that. I get 26-27 mpg on my daily 75 mile round trip.

I (intentionally) missed a key detail..
You might need to “enhance” this pic..

I didn’t realize the hybrid helped that much.

If I can keep my foot out of it, it’s pretty fucking awesome.
The next time I drive it to work, I’ll try to capture the entire route battery utilization.
Typically, assuming I am in full hybrid mode, it only kicks into EV mode (100% battery)if i am extremely light on throttle AND below 38 mph (~60kmph).
Otherwise, I see battery join the 3.0L when at 5-10% contribution as shown below.

I have a heavy foot and that doesn’t help things. I’ve been getting 15 mpg in the M3 recently.

How

It was a glitch that would happen every so often to our E90. The same thing happens on our wagon if we reset the trip computer while moving though (fun BMW tip)

Neat. The only “glitch” I’ve experienced is the radio randomly turning off when I have my phone connection on the USB

Our 2011 required some stupid $100 iPod interface cable that I didn’t bother with... so I can’t say, lol
